   Meet Kevin Fulton

As a child, Kevin watched as his family fought to escape the gang and drug infested streets of South Central Los Angeles by using the same tools that he has incorporated in his life as an adult…Faith…Family…Service.

Immediately after high school Kevin served his country in the Army as reconnaissance in Operation Desert Shield, Operation Desert Storm, and Operation Provide Comfort protecting Kurdish Refugees. After the military, Kevin served as a law enforcement officer while attending law school and eventually graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree with a notation for Distinguished Public Service

Kevin currently owns the Fulton Law Group PLLC and oversees a staff of up to 8 employees and approximately 10 contract attorneys. The firm handles complex civil trial and pre-litigation matters for clients throughout the state of Texas. This work also includes court appointments as an umpire in insurance litigation disputes, commissioner in eminent domain cases and as a certified mediator. This dedication to the legal profession has resulted in Kevin being listed by H Texas Magazine as one of Houston’s Top Lawyers in 2014, 2015, and 2016 and by Super Lawyer Magazine as a Rising Star in 2016.

As an attorney, Kevin believes that all people, regardless of income level, should be afforded competent legal representation. To help those that cannot afford representation, Kevin has incorporated the frequent use of his legal skills to go into the community to provide pro bono legal services. Kevin also takes the time to visit subsidized housing communities to encourage disadvantaged youth to enter the legal profession and to return the knowledge gained back to their community. Kevin currently serves the community by sitting on the Board of several nonprofit groups and as President of the MLK Association of Texas.
